Freshman Amanda Balasko also recorded four service aces, matching Jensen, and shared the match-high five blocks with junior Justine Smith.
Next, the Lakers hosted the two-day Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Crossover Tournament with Kutztown University, West Chester University, Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania on Sept. 18-19.
On the first day of the tournament, Mercyhurst swept, shutting out Kutztown 3-0, and beating West Chester 3-1. Edinboro also performed well, as they defeated Kutzown and West Chester.
