What people think of spring and what we have now are two totally different things.

However, our student government and some other organizations on campus have some fun things coming up.

Springfest is on April 27, and Timeflies is coming to Mercyhurst with DJ Drama.

This would be a great time to meet up with friends and have a good time listening to some great music.

My favorite Timeflies songs are “I Choose You” and “Gravity.”

Illumination is another MSG event on the horizon. This should be interesting, and you should check it out.

It is another good way to get out and stop studying for a little while.

Spring means another year is coming to a close.

It is hard to believe that the end is near.

Seniors graduate and go out into the real world, and freshmen can’t believe that they made it through their first year.

As we approach the end, it is good to remember to get out and have some fun with activities rather than staying in your room, working on projects or essays that are not due right away.

Relax, Lakers, when the weather is nice go out and enjoy fresh air around campus.

By that point there should be less snow and more flowers.
